Shipping policy

After you have successfully placed your order you will receive an email confirmation from us. Once your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. For most orders, this process begins once your online order has been submitted. Depending on the time you place your order, the order process might not start until the following 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. During peak periods or high demand, you may experience longer than average order processing time. If you have any requests for your order, kindly let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.

Processing

Please note that the Delivery Estimates are based on two factors: order processing time and time in transit, processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time.

Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

Sun Moon Products will determine the most efficient method of delivery based on your shipping address.

Shipping & handling will be charged at the time of shipment. If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, shipping & handling charges will be assessed for the entire order at the time of the initial shipment. You will not be charged for an item until it is shipped.
